Our Innovative Workflow
Laser Capture Microdissection (LCM) Services:
- LCM allows us to target cells that are most critical to a study
- We procure them from heterogenous tissue inputs and utilize the purified cell sample for our downstream analysis
Reverse Phase Protein Micro-Array (RPPA) Services:
- Purified cell sample is printed onto nitrocellulose slides
- Each slide is stained with a specific antibody to probe and quantify protein targets
- RPPA delivers high quality, quantitative phosphoprotein data using a tiny volume of sample
